1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
3 eggs
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. warm water
Flour to stiffen

Beat the eggs, add sugar, honey and spices. Dissolve soda in warm water. Mix all together and add flour to stiffen. Chill. Roll out to quarter of an inch. Cut out in fancy shapes and bake in a quick oven. Frost with powdered sugar frosting and decorate.
