TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. uncooked egg noodles
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/4 c. celery (optional)
1/4 c. onion (optional)
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles and drain in saucepan. Combine soup, milk, mushrooms and 4 ounces of each cheese. Heat until cheese melts.

In casserole dish, combine tuna, mayonnaise, onions and celery. Add cooked noodles; combine thoroughly. Add soup mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
