DIABETIC SHAKE 
6 to 8 ice cubes (or more for thick shake)
1/2 cup milk (2% or skim)
6 pkg. Equal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 banana or 1/2 c. fruit of your choice, optional

Place all ingredients in blender and mix at high speed. Result will be a 12 oz. shake. Less than 100 calories.
