CHEESE STRAWS 
1 pkg. frozen puff pastry
2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Thaw pastry, separate sheets. Mix egg and Worcestershire sauce together and brush on each sheet. Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle on both sheets. Fold each sheet in half and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Gently twist each strip and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 12-15 minutes or until light brown and crisp
