CARAMEL DIP 
4 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Apples

Combine milk, butterscotch chips and salt and melt in microwave oven on high until all melted. Add vinegar and cinnamon. Cut apples into slices and dip in caramel.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
