CARAMEL APPLE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together and dip apple slices. Apples can be sliced in advance and marinated in orange juice. A few hours before serving, drain the slices and put in 9 x 9 inch pan between layers of paper towels. Keep in refrigerator. One recipe of dip is enough for a huge plate of apple slices.
