OLD FASHIONED POTATO SOUP 
8 med. potatoes (cubed)
4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg, (well beaten)
3 tbsp. milk

Boil potatoes in salt water, until tender. Drain. Add 4 cups milk to potatoes, heat. Blend in 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 2 teaspoon salt.

Cut butter into the flour and blend in well beaten egg and milk. use only enough milk to make mixture thin to drop into the hot soup. Drop one teaspoonful at a time into so up, cover and cook approximately 10 minutes. Serve hot.
