SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES POTATO
DISH
 
5 lbs. potato, peeled and boiled until potatoes are cooked
16 oz. sour cream
Handful of chives
2 sticks butter
Salt and pepper to taste
16 slices of cheese

Smash potato a little in a 11 3/4 inch x 9 3/4 inch x 2 1/2 inch reusable aluminum pan. Put a layer of potatoes, 1/2 the sour cream, 1/2 the chives, 1 stick of butter, salt and pepper, 8 slices of cheese. Then do another layer of potatoes, the other 1/2 sour cream, same amount of chives, 1 stick of butter cut about 1 inch and spread all over both layers and 8 slices of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
