WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, separated
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix together milk, oil and egg yolks with a whisk. Beat egg whites until soft peaks are formed and set aside. Sift and add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir just until moistened. Gently fold in egg whites. Bake on a lightly oiled griddle until brown.
