WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar or honey
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2-1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs

Combine dry ingredients; stir to blend. Add milk, oil and eggs. Add pecans. Stir just until lumps disappear. Cook on preheated (400 degree) griddle, about 1/4 cup at a time.
