WHOLE WHEAT OVEN PANCAKES 
Column A:

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. whole bran cereal
1/3 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Column B:

1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. honey

In a medium bowl, stir together column A; add column B. Beat until well blended. Spread evenly in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Serve at once with butter.
