SAUSAGE BREAD RING 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Remove sausage from casing; cook and cool. Beat one egg; add to sausage with seasoning and Mozzarella cheese. Stretch thawed bread dough to 6x18-inch rectangle. Spoon sausage mixture evenly over dough to within 1/2-inch of edge.

Roll up dough; pinch seam firmly to seal. Shape into ring; pinch ends together. Slash top making 1/2-inch cuts 1 1/2 inches apart. Beat egg; brush on top with Parmesan. Cover and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frozen after cooled.

To reheat, defrost, cover loosely and heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and heat 15 minutes more.
