HAM SUPPER SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut in chunks or slices
1/2 lb. pimento cheese, cubed
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 c. celery, cut in thin slices
1 c. walnuts, halved
1/2 lb. ham, cubed

Dissolve lemon Jello into 1 cup boiling water. Add salt and grated onion. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set. Add mayonnaise and cream, mix well. Add hard-boiled eggs, pimento cheese, green peppers, celery, walnuts and ham. Garnish with stuffed olives and serve on lettuce leaves.
