TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna in water
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 lg. can pineapple pieces in its own juice
1 c. mayonnaise

Cook macaroni as directed, drain and chill. Wash tuna in cold water. Drain pineapple but save juice. Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts. Mix tuna, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and chilled macaroni in a large bowl. Add pineapple. Make a salad dressing using the mayonnaise, pineapple juice, and lemon pepper. Pour over salad and mix well; sprinkle with lemon pepper to serve.
