CRUSTY OATMEAL QUICHE 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together with pastry blender and press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. 1/2 c. milk or light cream 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 c. cooked ham, diced (chicken, tuna or turkey) 2/3 c. chopped broccoli 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 tbsp. chopped onion

Combine eggs and milk and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. For variety substitute several kinds of cheese for the milk.
