CORN MOUSSAKA 
1 (17 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (drained) add chives
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Slivered almonds (optional)

Spread corn in an ungreased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole or a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Brown ground beef; drain. Add flour, cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Pour over corn in dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine eggs, cottage cheese and chives. Spread over meat mixture. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with almonds. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
