SUGAR GLAZED WALNUTS 
1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. walnut halves or lg. pieces

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, place butter. Microwave at high 1 minute or until melted. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Microwave at high 2 minutes. Mix well to combine butter and sugar. Add nuts and mix to coat. Microwave at high 3 to 5 minutes. Spread out onto wax paper and cool. Makes one pound.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
