POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 large chicken or chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
salt (as desired)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 roll Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix chopped chicken breasts, soup and sour cream. Add salt as desired. Add cracker crumbs to melted butter and poppy seeds and mix. Top chicken mixture with cracker crumbs.

Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
