P.'S PROTEIN ENERGY SANDWICH 
Whole grain breads or unbleached flour breads
1 banana
1/4 c. peanut butter
4 tbsp. honey

Mix peanut butter and honey together. Spread on bread then slice banana and place on peanut butter, put on another piece of bread (on top of mix to make a sandwich.) Enjoy!
