SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick baking mix

Cook sausage until browned; drain. Add cheese to sausage; stir until melted. Remove from heat; add baking mix, blending well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Serve hot.

Note to freeze: Place on cookie sheet. When frozen, place in plastic bag. Bake as needed. Do not thaw before baking. Yield: About 150 balls.
