1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick

Make sure sausage and cheese are at room temperature. Mix both with Bisquick and roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes (watching carefully), until golden brown.
