SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
4 c. Bisquick
2 lbs. sausage
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. milk or enough to make messy so you can mix up ingredients and form balls

With hands mix everything together. Shape into small balls. Makes about 80 to 100 balls. Bake balls on ungreased cookie sheet. These balls can be made ahead of time and frozen until needed. Freeze balls on a cookie sheet then put in a plastic bag and use as needed.
