BARBECUED CHOICE GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, quartered
1 jar (1 lb.) orange marmalade
1/4 c. Prime choice
Vegetable oil for basting
Salt and pepper

Build a fire using 70-80 charcoal briquettes (approximately 5 lbs.). Combine Prime Choice and marmalade; set aside. Spread and space hot coals. Baste both sides of chicken with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken skin side up on grill 6-10 inches from coals. Barbecue approximately 45 minutes turning every 10 minutes. During the last 20 minutes baste with Choice Glaze.
