PEANUT BUTTER S'MORES 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. salted peanuts

Cream together shortening, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar until batter is light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture.

Divide dough in half. Pat dough into a 13 inch round pizza pan. Spread with half of the marshmallow. If necessary, heat in top of double boiler or microwave to soften. Sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips and peanuts. Repeat with the other half of dough. Bake in a 375 degree oven 12-15 minutes. Cut into thin wedges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
