MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can chilies
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag tortilla chips
1 sm. bag sharp cheddar cheese
1 sm. bag Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. Add chilies, enchilada sauce, and soups. Bring to a boil. Crush tortilla chips in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over chips. Top with sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
