MILE HIGH PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Press into glass pie plate and prick. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

FILLING:

1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg whites until firm. Add sugar, berries, lemon juice and salt. Beat a full 15 minutes. Beat whipping cream and fold into strawberry mixture. Put into baked crust and freeze. Take out 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with a few strawberries for decoration.
