CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 heads lettuce, shredded
1/2 pkg. maifun noodles
3 to 6 green onion, chopped
Small package toasted almonds

Mix all together in large bowl, except noodles. Fry noodles in hot Crisco oil until puffed.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. sesame seed
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1/4 tsp. aji
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sesame oil

Place above ingredients in jar or closed container and shake to mix. Just before serving, mix noodles in with chicken mixture and pour sauce over. Serves 6 to 10.
