DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce
Topping (below)

Mix and lightly pack in loaf pan. Cook on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

TOPPING:

1/2 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Heat on stove to mix; pour over meat loaf twice while baking. A variation adds 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce to topping.
