PROCESSOR PASTRY 
2 1/2 sticks frozen butter
3 c. flour
4 1/2 tbsp. frozen lard
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ice water

Place flour and salt in processor. Cut butter and lard into small pieces and add to flour. Pulse 7 times. Add ice water in steady stream until a ball forms. Refrigerate until ready to use.
