CHOCOLATE GOOEY CAKE 
1 box cake, chocolate fudge
14 oz. caramels
6 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1 c. walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Make cake batter according to directions on back of box. Pour half of the batter in pan. Bake 15 minutes on temperature called for on the box. Melt caramels, butter and milk. Pour on top of cake. Pour remaining batter on top. Then sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake another 20 minutes.
