BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter

In saucepan, cook broccoli and onion. Drain. Mix together soup, sour cream, and carrots in large bowl. Add broccoli and onion. Combine melted butter and stuffing mix. In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, put 1/2 of stuffing mixture; cover with broccoli mixture, then top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
