CHICKEN SOUFFLE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. Stove Top Dressing 1 c. chicken broth 2 1/2 c. chicken, cut up 1/2 c. onions 1 c. mushrooms (optional) 1/2 c. celery 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can mushroom soup Mix first 7 ingredients and put in large, flat dish. Beat eggs and milk together; pour on top of casserole. Let stand 5-6 hours or overnight. Just before baking, spread 1 can mushroom soup over top. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. |
