ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. frozen artichokes
3 pkg. frozen Stoffer's spinach souffle
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated

This is so messy and so good!

Break up frozen artichokes into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Be sure to distribute evenly over the bottom of dish. Lay frozen spinach souffle on top of the artichokes. Add cheeses onto spinach. Cover with foil. Put into 350 degree oven for 90 minutes. Serves 10.
