CHICKEN CASSEROLE OR SOUFFLE 
8 slices of bread, diced
3 1/2 c. chopped chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. pimento
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tbsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all ingredients on left side together. Mix all ingredients on right side and pour over other ingredients. Chill the above ingredients at least 1 hour. 1 cup cheese, grated, add last 10 minutes of baking. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
