ZUCCHINI SOUFFLE 
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. salt
Grated onion to taste
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all together well. Put into a glass baking dish. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
