CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. seasoned wild rice
1 can cream chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. chicken or turkey

Cook rice as directed on package. Mix remaining ingredients. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
