BAKED SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. bottom of round or ground chuck, ground
1/4 lb. veal, ground
1/4 lb. pork, ground
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 med. size onion, grated
1 c. Ritz crackers or bread crumb equivalent
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. lukewarm water

Mix in the order given. Work mixture well. Roll into small balls, size of a walnut. Place close together in rows in large baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Shake pan frequently to prevent sticking or burning.
