BAKED ZUCCHINI 
3 lg. zucchini squash
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) tomato sauce

Slice zucchini lengthwise, scoop out pulp. Remove large seeds. Cook pulp in fry pan until soft. Add NO water or oil. Season with 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Brown hamburger in separate pan. Season with garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, pour off fat. Pour off juice from squash. Add to hamburger. Add bread crumbs, grated cheese, heat until cheese melts. Scoop back into squash shells. Cover with tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
