LEMON BAR MAGIC 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour an 8" square pan. In large bowl of electric mixer beat together 1 cup of flour, butter, confectioners' sugar, cream cheese until crumbly. Press dough into bottom of pan; bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine remaining flour with sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon rind and baking powder. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spread mixture over baked layer; bake 25 minutes longer.
