SAUSAGE & CHEESE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked & drained
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper & oregano

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Press dough on the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan. Seal perforations. Place sausage on crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6.
