TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
3 or 4 tomatoes, chopped
1 can olives, chopped
2 cans kidney beans, drained (but save the juice)
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 (16 oz.) pkg. taco flavored tortilla chips, crushed
1 1/2 lbs. browned & drained ground beef (let cool)
1/2 finely chopped onion (opt.)

Mix all ingredients together and serve. Top with salsa if desired.

TACO SALAD DRESSING:

1 (24 oz.) bottle thousand island dressing
2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Juice off of garbonzo beans

Mix all ingredients together.
