SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
4 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef. Remove from pan and drain. Spread meat in bottom of 8 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Distribute beans and mushrooms evenly on meat and spread soup covering all. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheese on top of soup. Cover with mashed potatoes and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
