2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 pkg. sm. shrimp
1 pkg. (6-8 sticks) crab delights
1 lg. bottle shrimp sauce

9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cream on bottom of pan. Sprinkle cut up crab and shrimp on top of cheese. Spread shrimp sauce over shrimp and crab. Refrigerate until serve.
