BARBECUE CHICKEN BUNS -- LARGE
AMOUNT
 
6 lbs. chicken breasts (6 c. diced chicken)
2 c. celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. water
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Fry onion and celery in butter until clear. Combine all ingredients in fry pan and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Makes enough for 30 buns.
