SAUSAGE SNAKKERS 
1 lb. smoked sausage (Eckridge is a very good brand for this mix), cut into thin "coins"
1 lb. can of cranberry sauce (may use that with pulp)
1 bottle chili sauce

Place ingredients in a large pan. Cover and simmer down until mixture is thick. May need to stir a few times. Grease from the sausage may collect on top. This will need to be removed. This mixture will turn very dark and yet will taste really good.

Don't cook long enough nor at high enough temperature to break up the sausage. My crock pot worked very well, though I had to simmer with the cover off for a while.
