ELSIE'S CHICKEN FRITO PIE 
1 cooked chicken
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
1 c. grated cheese
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. lg. size Fritos

Remove chicken from bone. Mix onion, soup and enchilada sauce. Line bottom of dish with Fritos - chicken - cheese. Pour soup and sauce mixture over this and cover with more Fritos and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
