OUTSTANDING FRITO PIE 
This has been a family favorite since I was a little girl and my mom made it. So fattening, but so delicious, especially during fall and winter. I hope you enjoy it!

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. French's Chili-O mix (Walmart has this in the spice packet isle)
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese (1/4 block), diced
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans
Fritos corn chips (large bag)

Brown the beef with onion. Add Chili-O mix, evaporated milk, cut up cheese and Rotel, stirring constantly until cheese melts, then add the beans. Simmer until warm all the way through, but be careful not to scorch.

To serve, put some Fritos in a bowl, put the Chili-O mix on top and enjoy!

Note: Here in Texas, we like to put a drop of either Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce on it.
