THE COUNT'S TWENTY IS PLENTY LOG 
1 loaf pumpernickel bread
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Mix cream cheese and orange juice until creamy like mayonnaise. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread cream cheese on 20 slices of bread. Stack them, then tip on side, end to end like a log. Frost the log with the leftover cream cheese. Put in freezer for an hour. Slice log diagonally.
