HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
2/3 lb. ground pork
2/3 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 box brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. orange juice

Combine the ham, pork and beef. Add the eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, onion and salt. Mix well. Shape into a loaf or 2 small loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

In a bowl combine brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Mix. Add enough orange juice to make it thin enough for a glaze. Pour over the baked loaf and bake an additional 30 minutes.
