THISTLE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts (in water), chopped
1 can green chiles, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. fresh Parmesan, shredded
3/4 c. mozzarella, shredded

Mix ingredients together and spoon into a hollowed out round loaf of bread. Wrap in foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. May be served with bread cubes or crackers. But the "edible serving dish" may be the best part.
